Betty Jo (Waggoner) Laduke

Betty Jo (Waggoner) LaDuke, 89, a longtime resident of Knox City, TX, passed away Sunday, December 24, 2017. A funeral service will be held at 1:00p.m., Thursday, December 28, 2017 at the Knox City Church of Christ. Burial will follow services at the Knox City Cemetery under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Homes. A visitation is planned from 6:00-7:00p.m., Wednesday, December 27, 2017, at the funeral home, 210 Avenue A, Knox City.

Betty was born May 30, 1928 in Knox City, to Gracie Carol (Lively) and William Henry Waggoner. Betty loved going to garage sales, and reading,

She is survived by her daughter, Betty Ann Brisbin of Big Spring; son, Ricky Aldridge of Big Spring; two granddaughters, Melissa Kinney of Odessa, and Joanna Lee Mullins of Levelland; two great-grandsons, Johnathan Walker of Odessa, and Justin Walker of Tempe, AZ; two great granddaughters, Gracie C. Lively of Levelland, and Danielle Cristan of Levelland; two great-great granddaughters, Isbella Walker of Odessa, and Ariana Walker of Odessa.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Gracie and William Waggoner; first husband, Willie Lee Aldridge; second husband, Weldon LaDuke; three sisters, Lucy Alexander; Martha Miller, and Willie Mae McDonald; brother, Henry Waggoner.
