Billy Dave Kittley, Iii

Billy Dave Kittley, III, passed away at his residence in Rule, Texas at the age of 39. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 29, 2015 at the First Baptist Church in Rule, Texas with Rev. Scott Hensley officiating. That day would have been his 40th birthday. Burial will take place immediately following the service at Rule Cemetery under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Homes. Visitation is planned for Friday evening, August 28, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., at the Funeral Home located at 600 Robins Ave., Rule, Texas.

Dave was born in Silver City, New Mexico on August 29, 1975 to Billy Dave Kittley, Jr and Pat Kittley. Dave attended Hardin Simmons College, worked for Abilene Communications and KGNX Radio in Abilene, Texas. He was an amateur radio operator (KA5YTU). He loved his family, his horse (Rose) and had great faith in the Lord Jesus. Dave was a photographer and loved outdoor subjects. He broke his back due to falling off his horse in 2003, and had a series of serious illnesses in subsequent years which limited his activity.

Dave is survived by his parents, Billy Dave Kittley, Jr and Pat Kittley; a sister, Tre' Ann Krupnick; brother-in-law, Matt Krupnick; nephew, Cooper Krupnick; uncle, Jimmy Kittley; aunt, Erin Kittley; great-aunt, Margaret Kittley; and grandfather, Biily Dave "Pete" Kittley, Sr.
