Bobbie Dene Morrow Harrison, age 86, passed away on Sunday, December 4, 2016, at her home in Wichita Falls. She was born in Meadow, TX to Thurman Alexander Morrow and Stella Mae Drennon Morrow. She grew up in Spur, TX and after graduation from high school, attended Wayland Baptist College where she majored in English and Fine Arts.
In 1952 she married Robert (Bob) Harrison, Jr. and they had one son, Robert (Rob) Harrison, III. Until her retirement, Bobbie was involved with the family grocery store, Bob's Super Save, in Knox City. She was a member of the Weinert Foursquare Church, Weinert, TX. Bobbie was an accomplished artist in porcelain china, water colors and pastels. She was a member of the Spur Art Guild, and other art clubs in the Knox City and Haskell area.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband and is survived by one brother, Thurman A. Morrow, Jr. of Sonora, TX; her son Rob and wife Dorethy of Wichita Falls; grandchildren Jennifer and Kent DeVille of Knox City, Ashley and Doug Armstrong of Wichita Falls; great-grandchildren, Keelie and Kylie DeVille, Cooper, Harper and Parker Armstrong, several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Bobbie's life will be held Friday, December 9, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in the Weinert Foursquare Church, Weinert, TX.
