Charles B. Neal, 88, of Abilene, passed away Friday, December 2, 2016, at Hendrick Hospital in Abilene, Texas. A graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 6, 2016, at the Rule Cemetery under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Homes. A visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time, Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at the funeral home, 600 Robins Avenue, Rule, Texas, 79547.
Charles B. was born November 5, 1928 in Rule, Texas to the late Morris Neal, and Verna (Cassle) Neal. He was a graduate of Rule High School and The College of Interior Design in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After graduating he lived in Naples, Florida, until he decided to come back to Texas in 2004.
Preceding him in death were is parents; brother in law, Larry N. Richardson; and nephew Tom Richardson.
Charles B. is survived by one sister Wanda J. Richardson of Abilene.
