Ed Moorhouse, 72, passed away Friday, October 23, 2015 at Fireside Nursing Home in Ft. Worth, Texas. A Graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, October 26, 2015 with Fred Stice officiating at the Moorhouse Family Ranch Cemetery, Benjamin, Texas under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Homes, Knox City, Texas.
Ed was born June 18, 1943 in Knox City, Texas to J.C. "Togo" and Lucille (Hunter) Moorhouse. He lived in Ft. Worth, Texas and was formally from Benjamin, Texas. He graduated from Texas Tech, and was a realtor for many years.
He is preceded in death by his parents, J.C. "Togo" Moorhouse and Lucille (Hunter) Moorhouse.
Ed is survived by his brothers, John Moorhouse and wife Carolyn of Seymour, Texas, Tom Moorhouse of Benjamin, Texas, and Bob Moorhouse and wife Linda of Weatherford, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
