Jacob Buckley

Jacob Michael Buckley, 23, passed away in the early hours of May 7th, 2019 at his home is Haskell, Tx. Cremation services are under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Homes, Haskell.

Jacob was born December 11, 1995 in Tonopah, NV, to J. Rebecca (Gibson) and Paul Buckley. He was passionate, and bright, and when he loved you, he loved you with everything he had. He could make you smile when all you wanted to do was cry, he could make you laugh when all you wanted to do was yell. He was the kind of man who pulled over on the side of the road to help a complete stranger, no matter what it took from himself. He was always trying to make life as good as he could. He loved his daughter more than anything, and always did what he thought was best for her, regardless of what that meant for himself. He was so loved. He invoked the kind of love that you would give everything away for, and you would never regret it, because the love you got back from him was worth everything.

He is survived by his wife, Marissa Warner of Haskell; daughter, Brooklyn Warner-Buckley of Haskell; father, Paul Buckley of Grand Prairie; mother, J. Rebecca Fry of Tonopah, NV; step-father, Charles Adrian Fry of Tonopah, NV; 3 brothers, Tyler Buckley, Boone Fry both of Tonopah, NV, and Nicholas Buckley of Jacksboro, TX; and two sisters, Ashley Gibson and Bella Fry both of Tonopah, NV.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Ray and Lisa Gibson of Tonopah, NV.
