Jo Etta Cowley

Jo Etta Herod Cowley born June 20, 1944 in Brownfield, Tx. She was raised in Throckmorton, Tx., and passed away May 22, 2025 in Graham, Tx. surrounded by her loves ones.

She is proceeded in death by her husband, David Leon Cowley, her mother, Reba and father, Delbert Joe Herod; sister, Kay and baby brother, Gary and daughter-in-law Shirley Janell Sefcik.

She is survived by her three sons, Garry Sefcik, David Lee Sefcik, and Brandon Joe and wife bobbie Sefcik; 2 granddaughters; 6 grandsons; and numerous great grandchildren; and 1 great great granddaughter.

She loved being a wife, a mom, and a grandmother. She loved being outdoors and taking care of her flower beds.
