Judy Devenport passed away Saturday, May 30, 2015, at the age of 70. Graveside services will be held at Howard Cemetery at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 2, 2015 under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Homes. Visitation will take place Tuesday, June 2, 2015 from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. located at 304 N. 2nd St.
Judy was born April 21,1945 in Marfa,Texas. Long lifetime resident of the Big Country. She married Jimmie Devenport in Weatherford, Texas on October 8, 1968. She was a farmer and a ranch wife.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and her husband Jimmie Devenport on November 6, 2007.
Judy is survived by her daughter,Tracy Keelin and her husband Glenn;one grandson,Braden; five granddaughters Andria, Megan, Marissa, Julie, and Nicole; five great-grandchildren, and best friend and companion, George E. Stovall.
Memorials can be given in Judy's name to Hendrick Hospice, 1682 Hickory St, Abilene, Texas 79601.
