Lada Katrine (Allred) Pagel

Lada Katrine (Allred) Pagel beloved mother, grandmother and friend passed away peacefully at the age of 84 on November 1, 2022. A graveside service will be held at 10:00AM, Saturday, November 5, 2022, at the Benjamin Cemetery under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Homes. A visitation is planned from 6:00PM - 7:00PM, Friday, November 4, 2022, at the funeral home, 210 Ave A, Knox City, TX.

Katrine was being cared for at Hospice of Wichita Falls during a battle with cancer. She was born in Rotan, TX, on March 11,1938, to Virginia Eloise Patton and Franklin Tennessee Allred. She was raised by her grandparents, Lockie Pearl and Jessie Cleveland Angle.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Eloise and Frank Allred; and husband, Floyd Pagel.

She is survived by her sister, Linda Bridges; two daughters, Debra Ebraheim and husband Hassen, Lynda Brooke Pagel; grandchildren, Wade Pierce and wife Tabitha, Nafeesa Gonzales and husband Bryan; great-grandchildren, Braxton and Corbin Gonzales.

Not to forget a few special people who loved her as a mother and grandmother, Aston Hoffman, Sydney and Tanner Pagel. Our mother/grandmother was a beautiful person inside and out. She never met a stranger and had a smile for everyone. She will forever be missed, until we meet again.
