Laura Ann Blair

Laura Ann Blair, 61, a longtime resident of Haskell, Texas, passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2024. A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 3, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at the Willow Cemetery, Haskell, Texas. In case of inclement weather, the memorial service will be held at Trinity Baptist Church, 114 S. Ave. D., Haskell, Texas.

Laura was born August1, 1962 in Carthage, Missouri to Laura Imazelle (McEween) and Gerald Fay Nixon. She married Nathan Wayne Blair on February 13, 1993 in Haskell, Texas. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She would do anything to help others before herself and would give all of her time to those in need.

She leaves behind a loving husband Nathan Blair; two daughters, Alice Blair and husband Robert Crain Jr.,and Ariel Blair; 12 grand children; two god daughters, Jodi and Jessica Taflinger; two sisters, Jennifer Hays Blackman and Irma Summers; three sons, John Reynolds, Nickie Blair, and Eddie Muniz; and many more family and friends in Haskell and surrounding areas.
