Lora Cleveland

Lora Cleveland, 87, passed away Saturday, March 18, 2023. A graveside service will be held at 10:00AM, Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at the Rochester Cemetery, with Bobby O'Neal officiating, under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Homes, Rochester, TX. A visitation is planned from 6:00 to 7:00PM, Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at the funeral home, 200 S Lincoln Ave., Rochester, TX.

Lora was born June 27, 1935, in Tushka, OK to Lottie (Hutson) and Charles Durham. She married Ruben Cleveland and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Rochester. She read her Bible often, enjoyed embroidery and was a good cook. She loved spending time her grandchildren and great-grands.

She is survived by her two sons, Derek Blake and Thad Blake both of Rochester, TX.; three granddaughters, Jensine True and husband Trevor of Rochester, Mayden Patchett and husband Cody of Rochester, Bridgett Blake of Amarillo; great-grandchildren, Preston, Lexi, Jace, Carter, Conner, Cooper, Layland, Arayna, and twin sister, Dora Brown of Rochester.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Lottie and Charles Durham; husband, Ruben Cleveland; son, Craig Blake; three brothers, and two sisters.
