Margaret Frances Kittley

Margaret Frances Kittley, 91, formally of Haskell Co., passed away on April 23, 2018 in Azle. A funeral service will be held at 11:00a.m., Saturday, April 28, 2018 at the First Baptist Church, Rule with Rev. Scott Hensley Officiating. Burial will follow services at Rule Cemetery under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Homes. A visitation is planned from 6:00-7:00p.m., Friday, April 27, 2018 at the funeral home, 600 Robins Ave., Rule, TX.

Margaret was born August 13, 1926 in Haskell, Co., to Jessie (Culpepper) and Aubrey Pilley. During the depression in 1929 Margaret and her parents moved to Los Angeles, CA. She graduated from high school in 1944 before moving to Fort Worth, TX in 1945. After her first marriage Margaret began dating Jack Kittley of Rule, TX in November of 1969. By the end of December they were engaged, and got married March 14, 1970 until his death in February of 2013. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Rule where she sang in the choir. She loved music and had a huge music collection. Margaret also enjoyed sewing, collecting plates, genealogy, and gardening.

She is survived by her daughter, Christine Wylie; son, Donald Wylie and wife Kathy; two grandsons, Sean Wylie, and Shanon Wylie and wife Kerrie; granddaughter, Sesily Babekuhl and husband Billy; two great granddaughters, Ella and Lily; and four great grandsons, Ian, Aidan, Michael, and Brandon.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie and Aubrey Pilley; husband, Jack Kittley.
