Martha Marie Andress

Martha Andress, 89, a resident of Haskell, TX, passed away Saturday, January 8, 2022. A graveside service will be held at 11:00AM, Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at Willow Cemetery, with Rev. Tony Grand officiating. Services are under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Homes.

Martha was born July 8, 1932 in Haskell County, TX to Grace (Tidwell) and Alfred Grand. She loved gardening and cooking. She would work until the task was done, never quitting early. She was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son, Ricky Andress; daughter Sheilah Terrell and spouse Stan of Haskell; three sisters, Jo Ann Brock of Big Spring, Helen Wheatley of Haskell, Linda Wallace of Haskell; three grandchildren, Judith Andress, Jake Terrell, and Shelli Hall; five great grandchildren, Lawren Hall, Colt Terrell, Easton Hall, Macy Terrell, Reisel Hall and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

She is preceded by her parents, Grace and Alfred Grand; husband, Winfred Andress; three brothers, Gene, Curtis, and Howard Grand; and daughter-in-law Denise Andress.
