Mary Helen Capetillo

Mary Helen Capetillo, 54, long-time resident of Haskell, Texas, passed away Monday, May 9, 2016, at Haskell Health Care Center in Haskell, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, May 13, 2016 at the Church of Christ in Haskell, Texas with Mr. Phillip Sims officiating. Burial will take place immediately following the service at Willow Cemetery under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Homes.

Mary was born on September 1, 1961, in Lockhart, Texas, to Gabriel Capetillo, Sr., and Gregoria "Gloria" (Ruiz) Capetillo. She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles and watching TV.

She is preceded in death by her father, Gabriel Capetillo, Sr.

Mary is survived by her mother, Gloria Capetillo of Haskell, Texas; two sisters, Rachel Flores and husband Pete of Hickory, North Carolina and Christina Anguiano of Haskell, Texas; brother, Gabriel Capetillo, Jr. of Haskell, Texas; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
