Mary Ann Hatley, 45, of Abilene, TX, passed away Monday, February 12, 2018. A memorial service will be held at 2:00p.m., Friday, February 16, 2018 at the First Baptist Church, Rule with Rev. Scott Hensley officiating. Services are under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Homes, Rule.
Mary was born April 13, 1972 in Abilene, to Mary (Menchaca) and Forrest Louis Hatley, Sr. Mary grew up in Rule, and graduated from Rule High School. She later moved to Abilene. She enjoyed reading, and watching science fiction and scary movies. She loved to cook and bake.
She is survived by her brother, Forrest Hatley, III of Rule; three aunts, Mary Menchaca of Rule, Pat Moreno of San Antonio, and Lorrine Menchaca of Austin; niece, Nora Murray of Rule; nephew, Forrest Hatley, IV of Rule; three great nieces; and several cousins, and other family.
She was preceded in death by her father, Forrest Louis Hatley, Sr.; and mother, Mary (Menchaca) Hatley.
