Mike Crane

Michael Lynn Crane, 64, of Throckmorton, passed away Monday, May 22, 2023. A graveside service will be held at 10:00AM, Saturday, May 27, 2023, at the Rochester Cemetery. Viewing will be at the Smith Family Funeral Homes, Haskell from 12:00 to 5:00PM, Friday, May 26, 2023.

Mike was born March 22, 1959 in Haskell, TX to Evlyne (Larned) and Charles Crane. He married Toni (Brooks) on June 20, 2005 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mike lived in Throckmorton for 45 years where he was always busy fishing, cooking, boating, and gardening. He liked to play jokes, prank and scare people. He liked to tinker with wood, build stuff, and had a lot of unfinished projects.

He is survived by his wife, Toni ; three sons, Michael Crane II and wife Danielle, Scott Cardelli, Trenidy Brooks and wife Candi; daughter, Michelle Krpan and husband James; 13 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild on the way; two brothers, Charles Crane and wife Jacqi, and Terry Crane.

He is preceded in death by his father, Charles James Crane; and brother, James D. Crane.
