Oma Jean Hollingsworth

Oma Jean Hollingsworth, resident of Rule, Texas, passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at the age 83. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 27, 2015, at the Faith Chapel in Rochester, Texas with Pastor Randy Hollingsworth officiating. Burial will take place immediately following the services at Rochester Cemetery under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Homes. Visitation is planned for Friday evening, June 26 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home located at 600 Robins Ave, Rule, Texas.

Oma Jean was born March 12, 1933, in Munday,Texas to Eugene and Oma (Graham) Brazell. April 5, 1950, she married OC Hollingsworth in Knox City, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Eugene Victor and Oma Victoria Brazell: daughter, Billie Jean Reynolds; five brothers, Loyd, Buddy, Harold, Virgil, and Charles Brazell; and sister, Pasty Brazell.

Oma Jean is survived by her husband, O.C. Hollingsworth; daughter, Penny Green; seven grandsons; 26 great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; three sisters; three brothers; and numerous nieces and nephews.
