Pat Williams Crowder, 86, of Throckmorton, TX, passed away Saturday, October 15, 2016 at Throckmorton Memorial Hospital. A graveside service will be at 11 a.m., Tuesday, October 18, 2016, at the Throckmorton Cemetery under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Homes. A visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday, October 17, 2016, at the funeral home, 107 N Austin, Throckmorton, TX.
Pat was born January 28, 1930 in Wichita Falls, TX to Zola (Steele) and Grover Williams. She married William "Bill" Crowder on January 10, 1948 in Iowa Park, TX where she grew up. Pat loved going to the rodeos with her family.
She is survived by two daughters, Judy Crowder Jackson and husband David of Throckmorton, and Brenda Crowder of Stephenville; her son, Dale Crowder and wife Omie of Ropesville; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents and husband; two sisters, Juanita Williams and Louise Watts.
