Ret. 1 SG/E8 Clarence Edward Dukatnik, 69, a longtime resident of Haskell, Texas passed away on November 14, 2020. A funeral service will be held at 10:00AM, Thursday, November 19, 2020 at the Trinity Lutheran Church, Haskell with Rev. Steve Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Willow Cemetery, Haskell under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Homes. A visitation is planned from 6:00-7:00PM, Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at the funeral home, 304 N 2nd St., Haskell.
Clarence was born October 18, 1951 to Agnes (Peters) and Emil Dukatnik. He married Madeline (Deane) on August 15, 1973 in Banbury, Oxon UK. He grew up in Paint Creek, joined the Air Force and served before his discharge. He later joined the US Army and served 101st Airborne Air Assault until being discharged in 1991. After the military he worked for a defense contractor at Ft. Campbell, KY before retiring and returning to Paint Creek in 2002.
He is survived by his wife, Madeline Dukatnik of Paint Creek; and 6 cousins.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Agnes Dukatnik; father, Emil Dukatnik; and brother, Alfred Dukatnik.
