Roberto Estrada

Roberto Estrada, 71, of Weinert, TX, passed away Friday January, 28,2022. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00AM, Monday January 31,2022,at St. George Catholic Church, Haskell, TX with Father Joseph Kurumbel officiating. Burial will follow services at the Weinert cemetery under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Homes. A rosary is planned for 6:00PM, Sunday, January 30, 2022, at the funeral home, 304 N 2nd Street, Haskell TX.

Roberto was born June 6, 1950 in Austin, TX to Pascuala and Manuel Estrada. He liked carpentry work, fishing, and going to the casino. He was a longtime member of St. George Catholic Church in Haskell, TX.

He is survived by his three sons, Robert Estrada, Jr. and wife Tamie of Seymour, Martin Estrada and wife Carletta of Tonkawa, Adrien Estrada of Weinert; two daughters, Marie Shields and husband Victor of Munday, Nancy Garcia and husband Lyndell of Goree; four bothers, Julian Estrada and wife Andrea of Weinert, Michael and wife Janie Estrada of Gainesville, Ricky Estrada of Minnesota, Rodolfo Estrada and wife Lupe of California; and sister Hortensia Miranda of Weinert; 19 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

He is preceded by his parents, Pascuala and Manuel Estrada; and son, Johnny Lee Estrada; siblings, Raymundo Estrada, Guadalupe Rodriguez, Candelabra Garza, Cecilia Lopez, and Manuel Estrada Jr.
