She was very active in Knox City Chamber of Commerce, serving as board president.
Romain and Jack loved farming and raising cattle on their place. She was known for her vibrant personality, sparkling wardrobe, and her reputation as a classy lady.
Together she and Jack had 3 daughters, Rolanda of Pampa, Texas, Sandy Smethers (Gary) of Collinsville, OK, and Shea Edmonds (Scott) of Corsicana, Texas.
Her pride and joy were her grand children and great grand children.
Since 2014 she has lived in Corsicana, but always knew in her heart that Knox City was home. She loved everyone and always told her family to take care of each other and be thankful for everything.
