Terry Dean Bartley, 57, of O'Brien, TX, passed away Monday, August 21, 2017. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, August 24, 2017 at the O'Brien Baptist Church with Rev. Chas Shira officiating. Burial will follow services at Willow Cemetery, Haskell under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Homes, Knox City.
Terry was born June 17, 1960 in Andrews, TX, to Helen (Johnston) Templeton and Clyde Bartley. He married Kelly Hawkins on December 31, 1990 in Aspermont, TX. Terry enjoyed riding his motorcycle, farming, and feeding his cattle.
He is survived by his wife Kelly Bartley of O'Brien; mother, Helen Templeton of Haskell; son, Christopher Bartley and wife Jendy of Eastland; brother, Michael Bartley and wife Debra of Haskell; sister, Sheila Bartley of Abilene; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his father, Clyde Bartley; and sister, Belinda Bartley.
Memorials can be given in Terry's name to the American Cancer Society.
