In Loving Memory of Tracy Frierson

Tracy Lea Frierson, cherished wife, mother, grandmother, teacher, and friend, gently departed this life on March 4, 2025 at the age of 59. She was born on November 11, 1965, in Sanderson, Texas, to Norman and Marilyn Gladson. Tracy embodied kindness, wisdom, and steadfast love, and her warm spirit and incredible generosity left a lasting impression on all who were fortunate enough to know her.

For 30 years, Tracy dedicated her life to teaching, shaping the hearts and minds of countless students. She believed in the power of education, not just as a profession but as a calling, inspiring those around her with patience, encouragement, and a deep belief in every child's potential. Her former students often spoke of her lasting impact on their lives, and her friends and family admired her passion and devotion to her craft.

Beyond the classroom, Tracy built a life filled with love and joy. For 36 beautiful years, she shared an incredible marriage with her beloved husband, Randall Frierson, a partnership rooted in love, laughter, and unwavering support. From The First Presbyterian Church of Ft Stockton, Texas on October 15, 1988 through Haskell, Texas March 4, 2025, they built a home where kindness was abundant, and love was always present. It was always a privilege to hear her sing, wherever she was. She loved preserving memories in scrapbooks, gardening, and reading, and was dedicated to studying scripture.

As a mother, she was a source of strength, encouragement, and unconditional love. She supported her children Ethan, Morgan, and Brody through every challenge and triumph, always their biggest cheerleader and guiding light. Her role as Magnolia's grandmother brought her immeasurable joy, and she poured her heart into every hug, song, and moment spent with her precious granddaughter.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Randall Frierson, her loving children Ethan Frierson of San Angelo, Texas, Morgan Leonard of Marble Falls, Texas, and Brody Frierson of Haskell, Texas, and cherished grandchild, Magnolia Leonard of Marble Falls, Texas. She also leaves behind her brother Guy Gladson, his wife Kristine Gladson of Del Rio, Texas; Jeff Frierson of Haskell, Texas; Nathan Frierson and wife Lisa Frierson of Haskell, Texas; and many nieces and nephews, all of whom will forever carry her love and legacy in their hearts.

She now joins those who passed before her, including her parents, Norman and Marylin Gladson, and son Caleb Frierson. Though their absence was always felt, she carried their love with her every day, and now, she is reunited with them.

Tracy was the kind of person who made the world brighter simply by being in it. Whether through a warm smile, a listening ear, or a gentle word of encouragement, she had a gift for making people feel seen, valued, and loved. Though our hearts ache in her absence, we take comfort in knowing that her love and legacy will live on in the lives she touched. Her kindness, wisdom, and grace will forever be cherished.

Her life will be celebrated on March 15, 2025. A memorial graveside service will be held at 2:00pm, Willow Cemetery, S 7th St, Haskell, TX 79521.Instead of flowers and meals, the family asks that donations be made to Stonewall Living Center, Stonewall Memorial Hospital, or the Haskell First Presbyterian Church in honor of her passion for serving others.

Rest peacefully, Tracy. Your love will forever be our guiding light.
