VonDell Rogers passed away Thursday, June 18, 2015, at the age of 83. Graveside services were held at Throckmorton Cemetery at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 20, 2015 under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Homes.
VonDell was born July 2, 1931 in Throckmorton, Texas to Archie and Lassie Martin.
She is preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Kenneth Aubry Martin; and life long companion, Ray Walling.
VonDell is survived by her daughter, Teresa Gilpin of Grovespring, MO; one son, Matt Rogers and wife Margaret of Wichita Falls, Texas; six grandchildren, Mitzie and Michael Pennington, Mitchell Gilpin, Dylan, Abby and Carson Rogers.
