Zeta Mae (Huston) Greenwood

Zeta Mae (Huston) Greenwood, 89, a longtime resident of Rochester, TX, passed away Monday, September 17, 2018. A funeral service will be held at 2:00p.m., Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at the First Baptist Church, Rochester with Rev. Brig Thompson officiating. Burial will follow services at the Rochester Cemetery under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Homes. A visitation is planned from 6:00-7:00p.m., Tuesday, September 18, 2018, at the funeral home, 304 N. 2nd St., Haskell, TX.

Zeta was born August 9, 1929 in Haskell Co., to Tina Marie and Walter Huston. She married William Raymond Greenwood on November 9, 1945 in Eastland, TX.

She is survived by her two sons, Raymond Greenwood and wife Renee of Mineral Wells, and Dickie Greenwood and wife Melissa of Aurora, TX; two daughters, Carolyn Mathis and husband Terry Joe of Rule, and Reva York and husband Jeff of Rochester; brother, Paul Huston; sister-in-law, Ruth Howard; eight grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her parents Tina and Walter Huston; husband, William Raymond Greenwood; and seven brothers and sisters.
