Gay Lynn Robison

Gay Lynn was born January 2, 1957 to Joe D. Cook and Jane Cribbs Cook in Olney, Texas. She graduated from Throckmorton High School in 1977.  Gay Lynn always tried to make the best of every situation and usually did this through some form of humor.  She enjoyed fishing, nature and all forms of life.  She especially enjoyed watching The Dallas Cowboys and loved The Brazos River, where she and her family spent much time in their younger years.

Gay Lynn married Robby Robison and had two children, Carly and Hunter, whom she adored.  She spent many years in New Mexico where she enjoyed living in the mountains.  Later in life, she moved back to her hometown of Throckmorton.  She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Gay Lynn is survived by her daughter, Carly and husband Freddie Reyna and her son, Hunter and wife Jessica Robison; Grandchildren, Harley, Ali, Kase and Kinzley; one sister, Katrina and husband Keith Briles and one brother, Neal and wife Karlyn Cook; nieces and nephews, Bridget, Hayley, Heidi, Landon and Chase.

She is preceded in death by her parents Joe D. and Jane Cook.

A private service is pending at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Throckmorton Volunteer Fire Dept. P.O. Box 326 Throckmorton, Texas 76483.
